Please understand these are estimates and are not a guarantee on exact times. So many factors can play a role in these times that it is hard to give an exact number of days for each item. We use these as guidelines only. The best thing to do is email us at hello@theleisureclubparis.com if you are looking for an exact time for an order or during a specific time of year and we can better assist you.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer international shipping for the following country: the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Leisure Club Sarl-s is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@theleisureclubparis.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not recommend using PO Boxes as we can't guarantee the order will be shipped using a courier that can deliver to the PO Box for example UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@theleisureclubparis.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
